• When disclosure is permitted under Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information: (i) as required by laws and regulations; (ii) to protect human life, body, or property; (iii) to improve public health or for similar purposes; or (iv) to cooperate with national government bodies or similar organizations.
